I am a Cape Town based physiotherapist with years of international experience in treating the multitude of sport injuries that professional and amateur sports men and women encounter.

I also treat more common conditions such as back and neck pain, as well as more specialised problems such as temperomandibular joint pain and sinus problems. I offer my clients ultrasound treatment, red light therapy and shockwave therapy treatment as part of treatment. 

I speak English, German and Afrikaans.

I established my own practice in Green Point in 2014. In September of 2018 I moved the practice to Pinelands.  It is a beautiful heritage house with a great homely feel, situated in the quieter residential part of The Mead.  There is also ample parking available.

The practice works with a multi-disciplinary team. We have working relationships that bridge western medicine with alternative holistic medicine.

The mind body connection or disconnect holds deep fascination for me and I have done further studies in neuroplasticity to understand this. Trauma release has become a big part of what I offer now.
